Q. Do puppies have pedigree?

A. All the puppies from 'Prime Teacup Puppies' are sold with pedigree and we can provide that for customers. There will be pedigree fee for $90.

Q. Is it possible to know puppies’ parents?

A. Customers are able to check photos of puppies parents.

Q. Is it safe for puppies to travel via airplane?

A. 'Prime Teacup Puppies' does not send puppies that are not in perfect condition to fly out. There are separate sections in airplane that puppies can travel safely and we also provide comfortable cage so puppies do not stress out while on the airplane.

Q. How long will it take to receive?

A. After finding a puppy you want and pay, the total process takes about 3-4 weeks, unless you have a desire specific arrival date.

Q. How do we know if it’s not a scam?

A. 'Prime Teacup Puppies' has been working over 10 years in South Korea, and the pet shop is located in Seoul, South Korea. The information can be easily found on our Korea Website and Instagram.
